Your eMail address is required by us in order to send you your confirmation email and other pertinent information related to your account.   To keep our system User Friendly and simple for you to use, PinTouch.com uses your eMail address as your Account ID. 

 PinTouch.com does not store or ask for any credit card numbers or information.  Only PayPal will acquire and use this number when you place an order.  When your purchase is complete, and you are ready to buy, we then will ask that you login with your Account ID and password.  PinTouch.com uses PayPal to obtain your credit card information and authorize your purchase.  Only PayPal will ask you for your credit card information.  If you have an account with PayPal, all you have to do is sign in and follow any instructions presented.  If you are new to PayPal, PayPal will obtain the necessary information on their secure service.

PinTouch.com maintains the following fields of information.

Personal:

• Account ID (Your eMail address) – Your order confirmation and other information is sent to you using your eMail address.
• Name – So we know it is you with our correspondence.
• Phone Number – An alternate way to contact you if the eMail address given has some problem present and we need to contact you.
• Password – Only you have access to this password.  APC Customer Service does not have access to your password for maximum protection.  If you forget your password, the system will eMail this password to the address on record.

• Date of Purchase
• Account Balance
• Transaction Number
• PIN
• Other non-personal information about the purchase. 

Pin Accounting Information:

• PIN number
• PIN type
• Number Called From
• Number Called To
• Date and Times
• Length of Call
• Other non-personal fields
