What is PIN Free services?
PinTouch.com PIN Free service is free service which let you make calls without
input PIN number, if you call from registered PIN Free number. For example:

How do I set up PIN Free numbers?
Login to
My Accountand come to
PIN Free setting. Input a phone number which you are going to set as PIN Free
number. Click Add this number. The phone number will listed in PIN Free List.
From now on, if you make phone call from this number, no PIN needed.

Is there any service fee if I use PIN Free service?
No. PIN Free service is free. There is no extra charge for using PIN Free
service.

Can I use PIN Free if I have caller-ID blocked?
If your phone is set up to have caller-ID blocking, you still can use
PinTouch.com. But PIN Free function may not work. Our system will prompt you to
input PIN number before dial the destination number.

How many PIN Free number can I set up?
For each account you can have a total of up to five PIN Free numbers. It should
be enough to cover your home, office and cellular phones. You decide what works
for you.

Can I continue with another call without having to redial the access number?
Yes. You can place another call without hanging up and redial the access
number. To do so, please press "#" key twice after the person on the other end
hangs up.

What is Speed Dial?
PinTouch.com let you save up to 10 speed dial phone numbers(The destination
number you are frequently used) which associate with unique speed
dial code. After that, you may use the speed dial code plus "#" key to
replace the destination phone number when you make a phone call.

No. There is no extra charge if you use Speed Dial service.

How to set up Speed Dial number?
a. Login to
My Accountand come to
Speed Dial page.
b. Select a unused Speed Dial code you like. If you want create a speed dial
code which in the
code list, just select "Custom" then type the two digit code
in the right text box(20-99).
c. Enter a destination phone number. Internation phone number begins from
"011". Or 10 digits
domestic phone number begin from areacode.
d. Click "Save to speed dial list" button.

a. Dial access number.
b. Enter your pin number (You will not need to enter PIN if you have PIN Free
setting)
c. Enter Speed Dial code followed by "#" key.

PinTouch.com International CallBack Service can let you make call from anywhere
in the world to anywhere in the world, as long as the country listed in
Rate Table. This service is very useful if
you want to make calls from the area where the access number (Toll free and
local access number) is not available.

What is the rate and charge if I use International Callback?
PinTouch.com International CallBack rate is different from the regular
PinTouch.com rate. A CallBack service charge will be applied at each time
you request CallBack service online. Please check the detail International
CallBack Rate and service charge at our
Rate Table.

Do I need internet accement to place International Callback?
Since you need to send CallBack request from PinTouch.com web page. A computer
with Internet connection is required. Please note, if you are using dialup
internet connection, your phone line was occupied. You have to prepare another
phone line or cell phone to receive International CallBack voice prompt.

Can I make the second call without sending CallBack request online again?
Yes. You can place another call without hanging up and send CallBack request
online again. To do so, please press "#" key twice after the person on the
other end hangs up.
